1. Titan Awarded By PLN to Supply Low Rank Coal

Titan Mining Energy Group has been appointed by the state owned electricity company PLN as one of low rank coal (LRC) supplier for its coal fired steam power plants spread out Java island for 20 years. The contract quantity is 3.5 million ton per year. Under the 10,000 MWatt crash program Titan will supply 5 coal fired power plants (PLTU).

2. Titan Signed MOU with LG International for Mine Mouth Power Plant Development

Titan has signed MOU with LG International to study the possibility to collaborate in mine mouth power project development in Indonesia, specifically for Jambi Mine. Feasibility study will be conducted to investigate the opportunity in this field.

3. Titan Signed MOU with Marubeni Corporation for the application Brown Coal Densification (BCD) Technology

Titan has signed agreement MOU with Marubeni (Pacific Edge Limited Group) to investigate the opportunity for BCD technology implementation in Indonesia. Sample arrangement has been made to Pacific Edge Pilot Plant at Australia and Ube Industries, Japan.

4. Titan Enter Into JV on Nickel Mining Operation with PT. Timah, Tbk

Titan has entered into a joint venture agreement with PT. Timah, Tbk to enter the Nickel mining development located in Southestern Sulawesi.

5. Titan Signed MOU with Sinosteel China for Nickel processing facilities

Titan has signed MOU with Sinosteel China to investigate the possibility to collaborate in Nickel processing facilities in Indonesia. Feasibility study is currently conducted to explore the opportunity in this field.

6. Titan Signed MOU with Petrocom China for Coal Processing facilites

Titan has signed MOU with Petrocom China to investigate the possibility to implement coal processing facilities to ensure continuous and consistent coal supply to its customer.
